PAI: Time extension for holding Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

On 03/05/2017, Petroleum Information Technology Telecom and Automation Joint Stock Company announced the permission of Business Registration Agency – Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi City to extend the time to hold annual general meeting of shareholders as follows:

       Pursuant to Clause 2 Article 136 of 2014 Law on Enterprise: “The General Meeting of Shareholders shall hold an annual meeting within 4 months from the end of the financial year. At the request of the Board of Directors, the business registration agency may extend that time limit, but not beyond 6 months from the end of the financial year.”           

        We would like to inform you to review and implement in accordance with regulations of the Law.
