HEM: Notice on dividend payment in cash The Board of Directors of Hanoi electromechanical
manufaturing joint stock company announces the dividend payment of 2016 in cash
as follows:

every share they own)

- For undeposited shares: Finance Accounting Department

(by sample) and a copy of Identification Card.
