-          Number of shares under trading restriction: 5,726,698 shares

-          Total value under  trading restriction (by par): VND 57,266,980,000

-          Trading restriction: VNN can only be traded on Friday weekly.

-          Effective date: 17/04/2017

-          Reason: Auditor refused to give opinions with 2016 separate financial statement and 2016 consolidated financial statement.
