7. Reason:
     * Cash dividend payment for 2016:
          - Exercise rate: 5%/share (Shareholders are entitled to receive VND 500 for every share they own)

          - Exercise date: 03/05/2017
          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Construction Joint Stock Company No. 3 on working days from 03/05/2017. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
     * Dividend payment by share:
          - Exercise rate: 29%/share (Shareholders are entitled to receive 29 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
          - Rounding method: Number of shares received will be rounded down to unit digit. Odd share will be cancelled.
          - Exercise place:
               + For undeposited shares: Construction Joint Stock Company No. 3 on working days. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above .
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
