Song Da Cao Cuong JSC received the document from Business Registration Office of Hai Duong province dated 9/3/2017 on approving the proposal of Song Da Cao Cuong JSC to delay the exercise date of Annual General Meeting of shareholders 2017, but also not later than 30/6/2017. The Business Registration Office of Hai Duong province requests the Company to complete the holding of Annual General Meeting of shareholders 2017 on schedule.
