     * General Meeting of Shareholders in 2017:
          - Exercise rate: 01 share - 01 voting right

          - Exercise date: within April 2017
          - Place: in Hanoi
          - Agenda: Discussion and decision on issues under the authority of the General Assembly of Shareholders. (The content of the official meeting, the time of the General Meeting of Shareholders will be announced later to the shareholders and will be posted on the Company Website)
     * Dividend payment in cash in 2016:
          - Exercise rate: 8%/share (01 share receives VND 800)
(The official dividend payout ratio for 2016 will be approved at the Annual General Meeting.)

               + For undeposited shares: Vinacomin - Coal Improt Export Joint Stock Company on working days from 14/04/2017. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
