On 17 Oct 2016, The Van Cargoes And Foreign Trade Logistics Joint Stock Company announced the Board resolution as follows:

Article 1: Approve the deployment of dividend advance of 10% for 2016 (VND 1,000/ share in cash).

Article 2: This resolution takes effect as from the signing date.
