DNF: Stock under trading restriction Pursuant to Rules on
Organization and Management of UPCoM at the HNX attached to Decision
No.78/QĐ-SGDHN dated 05/02/2016, and amended and supplemented according to
Decision No.268/QĐ-SGDHN dated 29/04/2016, HNX announces that the following
stock has been put under trading restriction:
- Issuer: Pursuant
to Rules on Organization and Management of UPCoM at the HNX
- Stock
code: DNF
- Par
value: VND10,000/share
- Number
of shares under trading restriction: 5,000,000 shares
- Total
par value under trading restriction: VND 50,000,000,000
- Trading
restriction: DNF can only be traded on Friday weekly.
- Reason:
Owner’s equity of the Company in the audited financial statement 2015 is
negative. According to Point b, Item 1, Article 9a of the Rules, the stock is
put under restriction.

date: 25/7/2016
