CVT: Date for adjustment on on ownership rate of foreign investors in the Company

On 29/06/2016, CMC Joint Stock Company disclosed information as follows:

Upon the Document no 3450/UBCK – PTTT date 21/06/2016 of State Securities Commission of Vietnam on ownership rate of foreign investors in the Company, the Company announced the date for exercising the adjustment of the rate of foreign investor ownership to 100% is from 04/07/2016.
