SCR: Board Resolution On 24/05/2016, Sai Gon Thuong Tin
Real Estate Joint Stock Company announced the Board Resolution as follows:
Article 1: Approve the plan of
investing in Mai Lan Joint Stock Company as follows:
- Number of shares planned to
invest in: 5,530,868 shares
- Expected rate of investment:
89.07% of charter capital of Mai Lan JSC
Article 2: After completing the
transferring procedures, Mai Lan JSC officially become the subsidiary company
of Sacomreal with the rate of 89.07% of charter capital.
Article 3: Board of Directors
authorizes Mr. Pham Dien Trung – General Manager to implement related
procedures and sign transferring contracts.
Article 4: This Board Resolution
takes effect from the date of signature. Board of Directors, General Manager and
Deputy General Manager, Leaders of related departments are responsible for
implementing this Board Resolution. HNX
