HLD: Board Resolution

On 08 Jun 2016, HUDLAND Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company announced the Board Resolution as follows:

Article 1: Approval of HUDLAND’s purchase of 51% of shares of Ha Thanh Company to carry out the project for Town – Trade village in Dong Ky, Tu Son, Bac Ninh with share value of 17.85 billion dongs.

Article 2: This resolution took effect as from the signing date.
