On 16/06/2016, Nam Dinh Educational Book and Equipment JSC announced Board Resolution as follows:

-       The BOD approved Ms. Do Hong Nhung to resign from Deputy Manager.

-       The BOD approved Ms. Pham Van Anh to resign from Chief of Supervisory Board and elected Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan Huong to be Chief of Supervisory Board in place of Ms. Pham Van Anh.
