Approve UPCoM membership

On 07/06/2016, CEO of Hanoi Stock Exchange announced that approve HVS Viet Nam Securities as member of UPCoM as follows:

Article 1: Approve HVS Viet Nam Securitiesas trading member of Unlisted Public Company Market (UPCoM) and connect online transaction with UPCoM market at Hanoi Stock Exchange.

Article 2: HVS Viet Nam Securities must executive regulations of law on securities business activities, comply with regulations of transaction and Information technology infrastructure that promulgated by Hanoi Stock Exchange.
