VNT: Board Resolution

On 14 May 2016, The Van Cargoes and Foreign Trade Logistics Joint Stock Company announced the Board resolution as follows:

Article 1: Approve the supplement of 10% of dividends of 2015 (VND 1,000/ share in cash)

Article 2: The resolution took effect as from the signing date. Management Board and related Departments take responsibility for performing it.
