5. Registration and attendance
authorization: To prepare for the meeting, shareholders should register the
attendance or the authorization with the organizing committee via letter, fax,
phone or email before 02/06/2016.
6. In case that the 1st
annual general meeting of shareholders is not eligible to hold (<51%), the
organizing committee would like to invite shareholders to attend the 2nd
annual general meeting of shareholders which is expected to hold at 8 o’ clock
on 11/06/2016 at the same location.
