KSC: Adjustment of KSC reference price on UPCoM on 18/05/2016

Based on Notice No. 629/TB-CNVSD on 05/5/2016 of Vietnam Securities Depository about recorded date and recorded list of shareholders of stock code KSD, 18/05/2016 is ex-date for dividend payment with rate of 10% (shareholders are entitled to receive VND 1,000 for every share they own). Because reference price of KSD on 17/05/2016 is VND 400 (lower than amount of dividend), HNX will not adjust reference price and apply trading collar of ± 40%. MEF stock will not be included in UPCoM index calculation on 18/05/2016.
