PVL: Explanation on the difference in after tax profit of quarter 1.2016 compared to quarter 1.2015

On 25/04/2016, Petroleum Real Estate Joint Stock Company announced the Explanation on the difference in after tax profit of quarter 1.2016 compared to quarter 1.2015 as follows:

In quarter 1.2015, PVL accounted the revenue from renting office for the next 05 years with the amount of 1.5 billion dongs. At the same time, PVL transferred the Hotel at Quynh Luu and received over 300 million dongs of profit. More than that, in quarter 1.2015, PVL was implementing the Circular 200, therefore the commercial advantage with the value over 01 billion dongs was not accounted (modified in the quarter 2.2015). Those are 03 reasons that make the difference in after tax profit of quarter 1. 2016 year on year.
