MEF: Adjustment of MEF reference price on UPCoM on 04/05/2016

Based on Notice No. 1054/TB-VSD on 14/04/2016 of Vietnam Securities Depository about recorded date and recorded list of shareholders of stock code MEF, 04/05/2016 is ex-date for dividend payment with rate of 40% (shareholders are entitled to receive VND 4,000 for every share they own). Because reference price of MEF on 29/04/2016 is VND 900 (lower than amount of dividend), HNX will not adjust reference price and apply trading collar of ± 40%. MEF stock will not be included in UPCoM index calculation on 04/05/2016.
