TEG: Board Resolution On 21/03/2016, Truong Thanh Real Estate and Construction
Joint Stock Company announced board resolution as follows:
1. Transfer a part of the remaining shares at Dong Duong
Thang Long Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company
- Number of shares transferred: 4,000,000 shares, equivalent
to 20% of total Charter capital of Dong Duong Thang Long Construction and
Investment Joint Stock Company
- Par value: VND 10,000/share
- Transferring price: VND 6,500/share
2. Assign Mr. Hoang Manh Huy – General Manager of the
Company to search partners, negotiate and sign contract, implement the
procedures for the transfer of 4,000,000 shares at Dong Duong Thang Long
Construction and Investment HNX
