SJC: Board resolution

On 16/03/2016, Song Da 1.01 Joint Stock Company announced the Board resolution as follows:

Article 1:

Approve the plan of borrowing banking capital to implement the Project of “Eco-Green Tower housing and office commercial Complex” at no.1, Giap Nhi street, Hoang Mai district, Hanoi

Article 2:

Approve the plan of capital cooperation with UDIC Urban infrastructure Development and Investment Corporation to implement the Project of “Eco-Green Tower housing and office commercial Complex” at no.1, Giap Nhi street, Hoang Mai district, Hanoi

Article 3:

This resolution takes effect from the signing day

Article 4:

Board of Managers and related departments take responsibility for performing this resolution
