PVL: Announcement on the supplementing the reasons of warning PVL

On 23/03/2016, Petroleum Real Estate Joint Stock Company announced the Announcement on the supplementing the reasons of warning the PVL share as follows:

- Effective date: 25/03/2016

- Reason: the after tax profit 2015 of shareholders of the holding company and the undistributed after tax until 31/12/2015 on the audited consolidated financial statement 2015 were negative number, which was in warning situation according to the regulation at Point 1.4, 1.5 of the Item 1, Article 12 of the listing regulation.

Ha Noi Stock Exchange will stop warning the stock of the company when the company remedy the reason.
