VIB launches new promotion campaign
Vietnam International Bank (VIB) has launched a new promotional campaign for customers with current accounts and deposits.
Following the campaign named "Fulfil your Tet holidays with VIB", customers will have a chance to get a deposit rate of up to 7.5 per cent per annum, which is equivalent to a bonus deposit rate of 2 per cent per annum in cash, when making a 6-month deposit of VND100 million (more than US$4,400) at VIB branches.
On the other hand, when banking with VIB in this promotional campaign from January 5 to February 29, customers who deposit VND100 million at VIB branches for 6 months will receive one lucky draw ticket. All eligible depositors will get a cash equivalent of the bonus interest rate based on the last two digits of their lucky draw tickets.
The promotion is also applicable for customers who make online term deposits via VIB digital channels, internet banking, and the MyVIB mobile banking app. Particularly, when making online deposit from 1 to 12 months at VIB, customers will get a bonus interest rate of 0.15 per cent per annum plus a relevant term deposit rate published at the bank's website and branches.
Apart from boosting the lending growth, VIB continues to focus on deposits to make the bank a secure deposit channel with competitive rates and bring the best experiences and a full Tet holiday to customers, Godfrey Swain, head of VIB Retail Banking said.
