PVR: Board resolution

PetroVietnam Premier Recreation Joint Stock Company announced the board resolution approved on 07/01/2015 as follows:

Article 1: Approve the deployment of the Project on Tan Vien International Tourism Area as the Statement No. 809/TTr – PVCR dated 28/12/2015 of Manager of the Company

Article 2: Assign Manager of the Company to work with Departments and City People’s Committee to ask the boundary limit of the planning with the detail map; The rate: 1/500

Article 3: This resolution goes into effect on date of signature. Members of BOD, Management Board, Head of Departments of the Company and relevant units and individuals take responsibility to implement this resolution.
