PGT: Correction of the Charter of the company

On 27/11/2015, Saigon Petrolimex Gas Taxi Joint Stock Company announced the correction of the Charter of the Company as follows:

According to the Resolution No.17/2015/P Taxi-HDQT about amending Charter of the Company of Saigon Petrolimex Gas Taxi Joint Stock Company (stock code: PGT); address: no.178/6 Dien Bien Phu, commune 21, Binh Thanh commune, Ho Chi Minh City, dated 23/11/2015, the company announced the amended Charter. However, in the progress of announcing the Charter, the Company made a mistake in updating the Charter, the details as follows:

1.     Article 20, clause 1 of wrong Charter:

“Other resolutions approved when the shareholders representing for at least 51% of total number of votes in the meeting agree; excluding the case specified in Clause 1 and clause 3 of the Article”

2.     Article 20, clause 1 of completed Charter

“Other resolutions approved when the shareholders representing for at least 51% of total number of votes in the meeting agree; excluding the case specified in Clause 1 and of the Article”
