IDV: Collecting the shares under ESOP

On 24/12/2015, Vinh Phuc Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company on collecting the shares under ESOP as follows:

Basing on General Mandate No. 01/14/NQ – DHDCD dated 25/11/2013 on approving the method of issuing the preferential shares under ESOP in 2014 and Board resolution No.158/14/NQ – HDQT dated 15/08/2014 on approving the principle of distributing and number of preferential shares to the employee.

The Company announces the information relating to the collection of the preferential shares issued to the employee (under the ESOP) who quit job, the details as follows:

-       Number of shares to be collected: 1,162 shares

-       Par value: VND 10,000/share

-       Purpose of collection: for treasury shares
