Company announced the board resolution approved on 05/12/2015 as follows:
Article 1: Receive the
contributing capital
Alphanam E&C Joint Stock
Company receives the contributing capital to invest into Delta Vietnam Joint
Stock Company as follows:

Ms. Do Minh Anh transfers her all shares to Alphanam
E&C Joint Stock Company: 700,000 shares, accounting for 70% of total
charter capital of the Company.

Ms. Nguyen Hai Yen transfers her all shares to
Alphanam E&C Joint Stock Company: 100,000 shares, accounting for 10% of
total charter capital of the Company.

Ms. Au Thien Huong transfers her all shares to
Alphanam E&C Joint Stock Company: 100,000 shares, accounting for 10% of
total charter capital of the Company.

Ms. Do Thuy Nga transfers her all shares to Alphanam
E&C Joint Stock Company: 80,000 shares, accounting for 8% of total charter
capital of the Company.
Thus, total
contributing capital: 980,000 shares, equivalent to VND 9,800,000,000 (Nine
billion and eight hundred million dongs), accounting for 98% of total charter
capital of Delta Vietnam Joint Stock Company
