2015, Da Nang Airport Service Company announced the Board Resolution No. 07/NQ
– HDQT – DVDN dated 17 Nov 2015 on 2nd dividend advance and business
running in late 2015 as follows:
1. Board of Directors praised the
Management Board and appreciated the operation result of the first 9 months of
2015 and the implemented work after annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2015
2. Board of Directors approved the
operation results and financial statement of the nine first months of 2015
3. Board of Directors approved the
directions and assigned General Director to make production plan 2016 in
accordance with the reality and business conditions of the Company. The
indicators have to ensure the revenue growth and reasonable profit rate; Board
of Directors approved the charter capital raising in 2016
4. Board of Directors approved the
following:
+ 2nd
dividend advance with 40% of charter capital (01 share receives VND 4,000)
+ Expected
payment time: 08 Jan 2016
+ Board of
Directors will choose the record date of shareholder list in accordance with
the law
5. Board of Directors approved the
Statement No. 36/TT-DVDN dated 16 Nov 2015 of General Director on personnel
affairs in the Company
6. Board of Directors approved the
assigning Chair of Board of Directors of Da Nang Airport Service Company to
direct the related units and agencies to perform the resolution.
