HNX: On the adjustment of PTG\u2019s reference price in UPCoM

Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) announces the stock adjustment (code: PTG) on 24/11/2015 as follows:

In accordance with Notice No. 1045/TB-VSD dated 03/11/2015 of VSD on record date and list of PTG’s owners, ex-date of PTG for dividend payment (rate: 10% - 01 share receives VND1000) is 24/11/2015. Due to the reference price of PTG before adjustment on 11/24/2015 was VND700 (less than the value of received dividend) and this stock was not traded for more than 25 consecutive days, HNX will neither adjust the reference price nor apply the trading band of ±40%. PTG also will not to be counted in UPCoM Index on 24/11/2015.
