VTV: Change in representative for state\u2019s capital at the company On 23/10/2015, VICEM Materials
Transport Cement Joint Stock Company announced change in representative for
state’s capital at the Company as follows:
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Mai – Manager
of VICEM Materials Transport Cement Joint Stock Company resigned from managing
state’s capital of VICEM at the Company (4,201,291 shares, equivalent to VND
42,012,910,000 shares and take accounting for 17.95% of total capital of the
Company) on 01/11/2015
- Mr. Huynh Trung Hieu – Director,
Deputy Manager was appointed to be representative managing state’s capital of
VICEM at VICEM Materials Transport Cement Joint Stock Company (4,201,291
shares, equivalent to VND 42,012,910,000 shares and take accounting for 17.95%
of total capital of the Company) on 01/11/2015 HNX
