VCG: Change in personnel

The company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Hoang Nguyen Hoc has resigned from Chair of the Board.
- Mr. Vu Quy Ha has resigned from General Director.
- Mr. Vu Quy Ha has been appointed as Chair of the Board in replace  of Mr. Hoang Nguyen Hoc with effect since 20/10/2015.
- Mr. Do Trong Quynh been appointed as General Director in replace  of Mr. Vu Quy Ha with effect since 20/10/2015.
