UtXi Aquatic Products Processing Corporation: Notice of Cancellation of Auction

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the cancellation of share auction of UtXi Aquatic Products Processing Corporation as follows:

           Until 16:00 on October 01, 2015 - the deadline of registration and deposit, there was no investor to participate in the auction. Therefore, based on Article 14 of Decision No.413/QD-SGDHCM dated September 11, 2015 promulgating the share auction regulation of UtXi Aquatic Products Processing Corporation, this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
