On October 08, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.455/QD-SGDHCM to allow South Logistics Joint Stock Company (securities code: STG) to change the listing as follows:

-         Number of shares before additional listing: 8,351,857 shares

-         Additional volume: 5,428,492 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND54,284,920,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 13,780,349 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND137,803,490,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: October 12, 2015

-         Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to payment for dividend
