SSI: TMS be no longer associated company

Sai Gon Securities Incorporation (SSI) announced on the change of associated company as follows:

-         On September 29, 2015, SSI sold 118,830 TMS shares, having its holding cut to 4,634,661 shares (19.5% of voting shares). Therefore, TMS is no longer an associated company of SSI on the consolidated financial statements.
