SHS: Information Disclosure

Relating to “The business contract dispute” between Agricultural Products and Materials Joint Stock Company (Apromaco) and Saigon Hanoi Securities Joint Stock Company (SHS) dated September 10, 2015, the People’s Court of Hanoi city heard the appeal case based on the appeal letter of SHS and Apromaco and issued the verdict No. 83/2015/KDTM-PT in which the People’s Court of Hanoi city basically unchanged the conclusions of the first instance verdict, however,  the court supplemented the payment obligations that was omitted in the first instance verdict.
