NLG: Violation of information disclosure of an inside shareholder

Violation of information disclosure requirement of the insider trading in Nam Long Investment Corporation as follows:

-          Ms. Luong Thi Kim Thoa, Chief Accountant sold 10,650 NLG shares on September 18, 2015, but she did not execute the selling in the time as registered.

-          Mr. Chau Quang Phuc, CFO sold 19,290 NLG shares on September 18, 2015, but she did not execute the selling in the time as registered.

-          Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Lan (sister of Mr. Nguyen Xuan Quang – Chairman of the BOD) sold 2,600 NLG shares on September 18, 2015, but she did not execute the selling in the time as registered.
