JVC: JVC reminded for violations

On October 06, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.448/QD-SGDHCM to remind Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company (stock code: JVC) in the entire stock market.

Reason: Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company frequently violated the regulations on information disclosure according to Circular No.52/2012/TT-BTC dated April 05, 2012 by the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam.
