-       The Board of Directors has approved the resignation letters of Mr. Mai Tien Minh and Mr. Nguyen Huy Hoang - Members of the Board with effect since 21/10/2015.

-       Mr. Nguyen Cong Hoang and Mr. Hoang Quoc Anh have been temporarily appointed Members of the Board with effect since 21/10/2015.
