Violation of information disclosure requirement of an insider trading in F.I.T Investment Joint Stock Company as follows:

Ms. Dao Kim Chi (affiliated person of Mr. Bui Xuan Trung - Deputy CEO) sold 2,706 FIT shares from September 14, 2015 to September 17, 2015 but she did not announce the transaction.
