STB: STB approved to merger with Southern Bank

According to Decision No.1844/QD-NHNN dated September 14, 2015, the State Bank of Vietnam approved the merger of Southern Bank into Sai Gon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Sacombank).
