SSI: SSI approved to delay submission of financial statements

On August 14, 2015, the State Securities Commission received an official document from Saigon Securities Incorporation (stock code: SSI) regarding the extension of disclosure of financial statements. The State Securities Commission decided to allow Saigon Securities Incorporation to extend the disclosure of financial statements as follows:   

-          The consolidated financial statements for Quarter 02/2015: by August 21, 2015

-          The reviewed consolidated financial statements for the first half of 2015: by September 07, 2015.
