SKG: Board resolution on ESOP 2015

Superdong Fast Ferry Kien Giang Joint Stock Company announced the board resolution dated September 09, 2015 as follows:

Article 1: Approve the internal regulation on ESOP 2015.

Article 2: Approve the list of employees and the quantity of shares in ESOP 2015.

Article 3: The issue date of ESOP 2015 will be in 2015, after the State Securities Commission approves the documents of ESOP.

Article 4: This resolution shall take effect from the date of signing.
