SEC: Board resolution on delisting

Gia Lai Cane Sugar Thermoelectricity Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated September 03, 2015 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to complete procedures for the delisting of SEC shares on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange in order to exchange for the shares of Thanh Thanh Cong Tay Ninh Joint Stock Company (SBT).

-          Record date: September 25, 2015

-          Delisting date: September 28, 2015

-          As from October 01, 2015, SEC shares will not be allowed for trading and transfer.

Article 2: The Board of Directors approved a record date o exchange for the shares of Thanh Thanh Cong Tay Ninh Joint Stock Company: September 30, 2015.
