QBS: Disinvestment in Quang Binh Tay Nguyen Company

On September 21, 2015, the Board of Directors of Quang Binh Import and Export JSC approved to stop the capital contribution and to be no longer a shareholder in Quang Binh Tay Nguyen Agriculture JSC. 

-          Capital amount registered to contribute: VND19,500,000,000, accounting for 65% charter capital.
