Violation of information disclosure requirement of an insider trading in Petroleum Equipment Assembly And Metal Structure Joint Stock Company as follows:

Mr. Pham Trung Thuc (brother of Mr. Pham Tat Thanh - Deputy CEO) bought 7,000 PXS shares on August 25, 2015 and sold 2,500 PXS shares on August 31, 2015 and September 01, 2015but he did not announce the transaction.
