PXL: Continue to be in the supervision status

On August 14, 2015, HOSE received the 2015 semi-annual reviewed financial statements by Idico - Petroleum trading Construction Investment Joint Stock Company (Code: PXL). According to the report, the after-tax profit in the first 6 months of 2015 is -6.4 billiondongs and the undistributed after-tax profit by June 30, 2015 is -10.2 billion dongs.

Therefore, the Company has not overcome the causes making the stock under the supervision status.

HOSE continues to remain the supervision status for the stock PXL and will consider solutions for the stock PXL after having the 2015 audited consolidated financial statements.
