PPI: Board resolution on additional listing

Pacific Infrastructure Project Development and Investment Corporation announced the board resolution dated September 07, 2015 as follows:

Article 1: Approve to amend the Articles of Association regarding to new charter capital from VND300,584,690,000 to VND482,906,290,000.

Article 2: Approve to change the Company’s business license regarding to new charter capital.

Article 3: Approve to register to additionally deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository and list new shares on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.  

Article 4: Approve to assign Mr. Pham Duc Tan, Chairman cum CEO, to implement the works above.

Article 5: This resolution shall take effect from the date of signing.
