PDR: PDR establishes an affiliate company

According to the board resolution dated August 31, 2015, the Board of Directors of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp approved to contribute capital to establish Dien Gia Khanh Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. with the charter capital f VND170 billion.

Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp invests VND83.3 billion, accounting for 49% stake of Dien Gia Khanh Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. Other investors contribute VND86.7 billion or 51% stake.
