Violation of information disclosure requirement of an insider trading in NBB Investment Corporation as follows:

Ms. Duong Thi Ngoc Uyen (affiliated person: Mr. Nguyen Van Tung - a member of the Supervisory Board) was late in reporting the trading result of NBB stock after registering to trade on September 16, 2015.
