KHP: Power Cost Adjustment

Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company announced the 2015 power cost adjustment as follows:

1. To approve the 2015 power cost adjustment between Central Power Corporation and Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company for Power Purchasing Agreement (excluding VAT) as follows:

-          The price of electricity during peak hours:

           + In Jan, February, March, October, November, December:          VND 2,185.8/kWh

           + In April, May, June:                                                              VND 2,291.7/kWh

           + In July, August, September:                                                  VND 2,066.5/kWh

-          The price of electricity during off-peak hours:                                    VND 728.6/kWh

-          The price of electricity during normal hours:                                       VND 1,324.7/kWh

-          The average price of electricity:                                                         VND 1,367.9/kWh

2. The above mentioned price rate shall be applied from January 01, 2015.
3. Norm profit (profit after tax / 1% charter capital) VND 5,327 million.
4. Chief accountant, Head of Department of the Central Power Corporation and CEO of Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company are responsible for executing this announcement.
