HQC: Board Resolution No.12

Hoang Quan Consulting – Trading – Service Real Estate Corporation announced Board Resolution No.12 dated September 10, 2015 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved the result of public offering

-          Offering volume: 63,000,000 shares

-          Distributed volume: 63,000,000 shares

-          Total distributed value (based on par value): VND630 billion

Article 2: The Board of Directors approved the amendment of the Charter regarding the change of charter capital to VND2,630,000,000,000.

Article 3: The Board of Directors approved the additional listing and deposit of 63,000,000 shares in Quarter 4.2015.

Article 4: This resolution shall take effect from the date of signing.
